Order processing hours
Most of the online ordering process is automated, however, orders placed on weekend or public holidays may require an extra day or two to fulfill.
Returns policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original condition within 10 days of delivery. We will notify you to confirm your refund upon receipt of the returned goods, and you may expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 7 business days of our receiving the goods in original condition.
Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost (provided notification is made immediately of damage or defect)

Delivery/ Freight Charges
Product prices as listed do not include the cost of postage/courier which will be added. A postage and packaging fee is added to all orders on the order processing page.
New Zealand Delivery
Deliveries to the North and South Islands of New Zealand will be handled by either New Zealand Couriers or New Zealand Post, depending on destination, and should be typically received within 5 working days (Rural delivery make take slightly longer). We can not deliver to a post office box or any address deemed non-permanent, e.g. hotel, motel or backpacker. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If for any reason we are unable to process your order you will be notified immediately. Hubris International can not be held liable in any way or under any circumstance for any delays beyond our control in the delivery of the Goods
Delivery Completed
Delivery will be deemed to have been completed once the Goods have been delivered to the address as specified by the Customer on the order page.
